The Company, established in 2009, has carved a niche working closely with major corporations, as both contract purchaser and advisor, who have a portfolio of properties that are either retired or currently underutilized and ripe for repositioning in the marketplace. 

Glenn Stock has been a leader in the U.S. environmental industry for twenty-five years, directing sustainable development projects for institutional real estate investors, developing green strategies for Fortune 500 Companies, and integrating environmentally friendly policies on behalf of regulatory agencies for mixed-use and renewable energy projects.

Prior to founding Stock Development Group, Inc. in 2009, Mr. Stock was a First Vice President with ProLogis. Mr. Stock lead ProLogis' brownfields redevelopment activities in the Northeastern United States, acquiring over 500 acres of blighted real estate from major corporations for mixed-use and industrial redevelopment projects totaling over 5 million square feet of future development.

Mr. Stock graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a M.S. in Management and Rutgers University with a B.S. Civil Engineering.
