Inc. targets large scale brownfields redevelopment projects in the northeastern United States for private equity investments.  SDG, Inc. has successfully sourced and managed close to 10 million square feet of redevelopment projects in the New York Metropolitan Area, representing a private equity commitment of over $1 Billion US.  Portfolio redevelopment opportunities have targeted the acquisition of legacy industrial sites from global corporations including the assumption and transfer of environmental liabilities.  In addition to traditional commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects, SDG, Inc. has also participated in renewable energy development projects and ecological restoration projects.
